As I wrote earlier IBM is not that happy about talking about their problems in Denmark. But it looks like that it’s only in Denmark these problems occurs.
IBM are now present at Twitter. They are “Gearing up for a major event next week” as they wrote in their 3. tweet.
Now that’s a good thing that IBM are using Twitter as a communication tool. They also have their blogs but still there’s no real communication from their Danish office – sad… Because a “no comment”-strategy has never been a good strategy.
I will keep an eye out for their tweets and see what they are up to – hopefully they have learned a little from other companies on Twitter like Dell and ComCast
